Hello! A month ago, I went into Boots and bought Toni & Guy Sea Salt Texturising Spray. It was highly recommended to me by my friend and I was curious. It's slightly pricey but to be honest I think it's worth it - the results were really pleasing.
First Things First - it smells amazing. I use it all the time, not only because I love the results, but it makes my hair smell so nice. Is that weird? I also really like the fact that it doesn't leave your hair feeling crusty and sticky, it just leaves it feeling normal - as if you haven't put anything in it at all. The waves stay in pretty much all day, which is a plus because you don't have to keep reapplying every hour. I have tried so many different sea salt sprays - including making my own! - and all of them have just fallen out so quickly it wasn't even worth it. So I am so pleased with the Toni & Guy one because it stay intact for ages!
How To Use It:
You can apply onto dry hair or damp hair whatever suits ya' fancy , but personally I think it has better results on damp hair as it stays in for longer and looks more beachy.
Step one:
Spray evenly and generously on your hair. Avoid the roots as it might make your hair greasy.
Step Two:
Scrunch your hair with your hands, and twist strands around your fingers until you get the effect you want.
Step Three:
Hairspray, hairspray, hairspray! Personally I prefer using a flexible hold hairspray as it doesn't make your hair sticky or stiff (I used Garnier Fructis Big Volume Flexible Hold Hairspray)
And Voila!
